The Boss
Sebastian Beecroft
Degree educated with a 2:1 from the Bristol Business School and 15 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager and Systems Director providing IT services to the likes of Gerrard Chauffeur Drive Ltd, Surrey Police, and Steelcase Europe.
Experience: Proven abilities in managing projects and people, improving efficiency and strategic planning, and solid planning and organisational skills in all aspects of projects from inception through implementation, user training and enhancement. Able to implement company policies, standards, changes in operations and systems that optimise productivity and the bottom line; Proactive and results driven with excellent communication skills; highly numerate and fluent in French.

The Techie
Dylan Addison
Over 10 years of experience working in the IT industry as a system engineer and software engineer, Dylan brings a wealth of experience and skills to the party.
• Servers: Excellent skills in Windows Server, ranging from the early Windows Server 2003, to the current Windows Server 2016, including: Server setup from scratch; planning and migration of existing local user profiles to an Active Directory environment; Data migration to a central server share; Migration of standard roles such as Active Directory, DNS & DHCP servers for an existing server infrastructure; Migration of Exchange servers as well as databases for applications such as CRM, accounting, document management and booking systems; Cloud migration to Office 365 and Google's G-Suite; Active Directory synchronisation with Office 365 to invoke single sign on.

• Networking: Knowledge of all the features of Draytek routers, including: Implementing site to site VPNs to bridge to separate locations over the internet; Client VPNs using PPTP, L2TP and SSTP with Active Directory integration over LDAP or RADIUS; Line failover and fallback with multiple WAN connections; Load balancing with multiple WAN connections. Implementation of complex network switch setups consisting of multiple “edge” switches connecting to multiple core switches, and core switches configured to handle a hardware failure, requiring the use of VLANs to separate traffic; Installation and setup of multiple Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti Unifi devices.
• Backups: Experience in replication of virtual machines to local servers with high availability and advanced replication of virtual machines across site to site VPNs to DR servers in a data centre.
• Software engineering: Experience in Node.js, Ionic and Angular frameworks; Mobile applications for both Android and iOS; REST API setups in Azure, AWS, internal IIS and custom Linux servers. Experience in socket based systems enabling real time communication between multiple devices; Experience in C# technology, building various tools like backup programs, software updaters and communication relays.

In high demand, following over 12 years’ experience in customer care, marketing and sales, Tanya has dedicated her instinct for problem solving to the IT industry for the past 8 years.
Skills: Client liaison and Customer care ∙ Certified Omni Accounts sales, support and training ∙ Experienced in site commissioning and implementation ∙ Workflow analysis for software implementation.

Experience: Having regularly exceeded performance targets as a regional manager of a globally recognized Accounting & Business management software company (Omni Accounts) Tanya has collected a myriad of IT related experience.
Through her ability to analyse business workflows and identify key requirements, over the past 8 years, she has commissioned and implemented a vast array of sites in a diverse cross section of industries.
Practical, hands-on and customer service driven, Tanya embraces the SEB ITS ethos of complete customer care and satisfaction.

Simon Beecroft
Degree educated, at Cambridge University and Harvard Business School, Simon has enjoyed 30 years of tremendous success at the helm of Gerrard Chauffeur Drive (GCD), the leading, high quality chauffeur services provider in London. Alongside his current role as Chairman and owner of GCD, Simon will share his wealth of business experience and offer his support as Mentor and strategic Advisor to SEB ITS.
